What is DemonTHON?
How do we raise funds?
DemonTHON is a year-long fundraising organization, dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children at Lurie Children's Hospital. Our efforts lead up to The Big Event, a 12-hour student-run Dance Marathon every spring. Throughout the year, we hold various campus events at DePaul University that engage students. These events raise awareness about our mission and offer families a much-needed day of joy. Join us in spreading positivity and giving back to those who need it most.
We've transformed campus fundraising into vibrant community experiences. From thrift stores filled with hidden treasures to exhilarating performances by student organizations, every event is a celebration of giving back.
Every participant also sets their own goal in Donor Drive, our online fundraising tool. We have special fundraising days in honor of children in our community, and participants can leverage their personal network to meet their goal. They can easily track their progress in real time, and those who raise $1,000 or more join our prestigious Comma Club.
