INVOLVEMENT
Being the largest student-run philanthropic event on campus isn't a small task! DemonTHON requires year-round help from students in various positions. Below are the ways you can get involved to make this year's Big Event an awesome success for all the kids at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago!
Participant
Our participants are the core of the DemonTHON experience. Registering as a member for our Big Event is an experience you truly won't forget. After 12 hours of being on your feet and listening to all of the inspirational stories of how Lurie Children’s has helped all of our miracle families, you will look back at all of your hard work and know that it was worth it!
Morale Captain
Morale Captains are responsible for keeping dancers enthusiastic throughout the year and during the Big Event. A morale captain is someone who is personable, outgoing, reliable, creative, energetic, and able to engage with their fellow students and families from the hospital. Morale Captains are the heart and soul of DemonTHON!
Exec Board
DemonTHON's committee works year-round to create and foster a truly inspirational event that honors the patients and families of Lurie Children's. It is a commitment to something greater than our individual experiences at DePaul University. Committee applications open shortly after the Big Event every year – we strongly encourage you to apply!
